ESTABLISHING AUTHORITY
The Military Training Honor Graduate Ribbon was established on April 3, 1976, by Air Force Chief of Staff General David C. Jones.
EFFECTIVE DATES
This ribbon has been in effect since July 30, 1976, and may not be awarded for service prior to that date.
CRITERIA
Awarded to honor graduates of Basic Military Training who, after July 29, 1976, demonstrate excellence in all phases of academic and military training.
ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
The USAF Basic Military Training Honor Graduate Ribbon is worn after the NCO Professional Military Education Ribbon and before the Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon.
RESTRICTIONS
This ribbon may not be worn on the Navy or Marine Corps uniforms.
